Over 8 years of experience in consultancy, training and researcher focusing on governance, digital transformation, public sector reform, media fact checking and political communication. I held several positions in the public, non-profit and private sectors, with the latest position as an advisor for GIZ Egypt on digital transformation and public sector reform. I also participated as a speaker in several international conferences, giving talks about public policy and digital governance. I hold a Master of Public Policy from the University of Erfurt in Germany, and another Master of Arts in Global Citizenship, Identities and Human Rights from the University of Nottingham, UK. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cairo University and currently pursuing my PhD in Governance from Hertie School of Governance in Berlin.
